Pan seared lamb chops served with ginger –apricot –chipotle vinaigrette.

Five Spice Chicken
Pan seared chicken served with sweet chili soy sauce  sauce.

Seafood Guacamole
Shrimp, calamari and colossal crab meat Serves with corn tortillas.

Won ton Shrimp
Pan fried served with lemon chive sour cream and sweet chili sauce..

Portobello Mushroom
Stuffed with spinach, ricotta and roasted red peppers drizzled with honey balsamic glaze.

Pork Tostadas
Shredded pork with onions, garlic and peppers served over Crispy tortillas and queso blanco.

Shell Steak
Grilled to your liking and served with shrimp topped with melted brown butter sauce and Bacon macaroni and cheese.

Lamb Shank
Slow roasted with herbs and crushed tomatoes served with cheese risotto.

Chicken Porcini
Sautéed chicken with caramelized onions artichokes in a brandy porcini cream sauce Accompanied by Sun dried tomato gnocchi

Salmon Guajillo
Guajillo crusted salmon served over black bean puree and laced with mango vinaigrette. Accompanied prosciutto asparagus.

Lobster Tail
Lobster stuffed with crabmeat, bell peppers, onions, celery and bread crumbs. Served in a lobster butter sauce over Black squid ink pasta
